Handling Time
Most orders will ship on the NEXT BUSINESS day (and many ship the SAME day if ordered in the morning!) During the holiday seasons and gift-giving times (like prior to Valentines Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day), please add 1-2 additional days for processing and shipping due to high order volumes.

Once an order ships, it can take 1-4 days for delivery. We ship art from Little Rock, AR via FedEx or USPS. Travel times are typically 2-3 days to locations on the East coast and 3-4 days to West coast destinations. For our FedEx ground transit times, click here

Over 80% of orders we receive ship the same day or next business day after the order. This even includes framed custom patents and personalized art! The remainder ship on the 2nd business day after the order and a few have taken a little longer. Delayed orders typically need some sort of customer interaction (i.e. approval of art, misspelling in personalization that we see) and sometimes folks don't get back to us as quickly as we would like. While our goal is to ship it out the next business day, orders placed over the weekend or a holiday might ship out on the 2nd business day due to large order volumes.

During the holiday shopping season (mid-Nov to Christmas), please add at least 1 and up to 3 days to the processing time estimates above. We will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered by Christmas. See our holiday shipping cutoff dates and shipping specials here.

We pride ourselves on speedy service. If you need to ensure your art is delivered by a certain date, PLEASE include that information with your order. We will do everything possible to get it to you before then. If we can't, we'll let you know.


Shipping Costs
We offer standard flat-rate ground shipping for our products since we can put several frames in a single box or prints in a single tube. For expedited shipping via FedEx Overnight or 2-Day services, costs can be expensive. FedEx charges by the SIZE of the box rather than the weight for their air and ground shipments. This is called the Dimensional Weight (DW). A box holding a 20x24 piece of art is actually rated at 19 lbs for shipping rather than the 10 lbs of actual weight due to its size. The larger the art piece, the more expensive to ship...regardless of the weight.

Our flat-rate shipping costs on most orders, regardless of quantity purchased:

  • Prints (all sizes) - flat $7.95 via USPS First Class or Priority Mail to any US address
  • Small framed art (longest side is 14") - $12.95 via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail to any continental US address for quantity of 1; flat $17.95 for quantity 2+
  • Large framed art (longest side is 15"+) - flat $17.95 via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail to any continental US address
All large framed art is oversized and shipping via air (overnight or overseas) is expensive. If you are located outside the Continental US or Canada (this includes Alaska & Hawaii), please contact us for a shipping quote of framed art larger than 11x14.

All unframed art can be easily shipped overseas. We ship via USPS International Mail and delivery is typically in 10-14 days. Please select this option at checkout. If it does not show as available during checkout, contact us to request a shipping quote and instructions for unframed print shipments.

Canadian Shipping
We ship to Canada via FedEx Ground International. Customs is required for any product shipped outside of the US. We pay your Customs charges and these fees are included in your shipping costs.

So why is the shipping cost to Canada so high? The main reason is the customs clearance fee that we are forced to pay for goods to enter Canada. Carriers charge this fee based on the value of goods...which in our case is typically 30% of the value of goods with a minimum charge of $20-25. We use our own customs broker to clear customs rather than FedEx's in-house service. We pay a flat $20 clearance fee for goods valued less than $200 (visit Bay City Brokers for more info). Shipments to Canada include this $20 customs clearance charge.

While the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) eliminated tariffs on most domestically-produced goods traded between the U.S., Canada and Mexico, there are other taxes and fees that may be assessed on products shipping to Canada. Most goods entering Canada are subject to a Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is a 5% percent federal tax imposed on goods and services sold in Canada for domestic consumption. Provinces have their own taxes called the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) or Provincial Sales Tax (PST). These taxes vary by province, but range from a low of 5% to a high of 20%. These taxes are included in your order shipped to Canada and are paid by us through FedEx or our customs broker.

Order Issues
SHIPPING DAMAGE. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and ensure that an piece of art that leaves our shop would be something we would hang in our home or office. We securely wrap and package all items shipped. However, our carriers can be rough on our packages with drops, punctures, crushed corners, and ripped/torn cardboard. We've seen it all! The good news is that every package shipped is insured against shipping damage. If you receive product that was damaged during shipment, please contact us here. Refence your Order# and the issue. (If you have pics of the damage...especially the outside shipping carton, it helps our claim process). We will send a replacement and file a claim for the damage. We may or may not have you return the damaged art...depending on the state of the package (we don't want you shipping broken glass).

ERRORS. While we work hard to ensure you get the product you ordered, ONE time we made a mistake (just once, though :). If you happen to receive the incorrect product or had some other error, please contact us here. Reference your Order# and the issue and we will work on a resolution immediately. Typically, we will email you a return label to ship the incorrect art back to us and we'll send out a replacement immediately.

RETURNS. Sometimes you just want something different or decide you don't want a product that you received. We guarantee 100% satisfaction and will accept returns within 21 days. We refund the price paid less shipping. Please contact us here with your Order# and the issue. We will work on a return resolution immediately.
